CATHERINE OLSEN

Catherine Olsen knew at the age of 5 that she could communicate with animals in a way that others could not. After a near death experience her abilities to communicate with animals was heightened. At that time, Catherine was in healthcare for 20 years but this near death experience caused her to reflect on her life. She realized that her gift was meant to make a difference in the animal world, which leads her to make a career change. After completing a mentorship program with other renown intuitive, Catherine launched Animal Chat Inc.

Catherine connects with an animal’s spirit and then conveys their thoughts and feeling to their caretaker. Her reading consist of identifying health issues, behavior problems, what makes them happy, where they were before coming to their present family, things they would like to tell their caretakers etc… Catherine is also a “MEDIUM”. She can connect with animals that have crossed over or passed away. She can assist caretakers with the decision on “when to let go” as well as providing counseling to the grieving guardians after their pet has passed. Catherine can answer questions about the pet's crossing or the situation that caused the animal to pass. This brings peace and closure to the grieving parties left behind.

Internationally renown and well-respected animal intuitive, medium and behaviorist, Catherine Olsen has devoted her career to animal education, communication and behavior. Her clients include many celebrities such as Linda Blair, Richard Pryor and Amy Gibson.. She currently works behind the scenes with animal actors as well as offering insights to organizations such as Sea World, SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), HSUS (Humane Society of the United States) and PAWS (animal actors) as well as Zoo’s and Wild Life Parks around the world. Catherine is much sought after by trainers who consult with her on how to improve their own training techniques. She frequently lectures on animal communication and animal behavior.

She has also been a regular guest of the TV series “ Visions of Inspiration” and features on the BBC show in England “ Only in America”. Fox News in Los Angeles, California and Hawaii has done a feature story on her gift. Several newspapers and magazines across the United States have also interviewed her. She currently writes animal advice columns called “ Ask Cat” in two publications. Her most recent interviews with L’ovest magazine, which can be found in December’s 2006 issue. She has also assisted law enforcement agencies, in several states, with criminal cases involving severe animal abuse and murder.
